It’s totally natural to want to jump from knowing how to plug in your guitar straight to wanting to build a studio in your garage, because most people (pretty much all people) don’t understand how complicated sound can be. They may not have the knowledge or appreciation of the subtleties. Now that you’ve gone through our first 16 lessons about pro-audio however, you’ve got the background to be able to approach this lesson. And this one is one of our most absolutely massive. Many times building a studio can be about managing expectations, but also every little single detail that goes into it will affect the end result. Here in the land of nuance the outcome is very much the sum of its parts.
