Ok, so we’ve covered the overview of signal flowing through a system at large, we’ve covered our basics of processing those signals, and now in Lesson 11 we’re getting into even more detail by going right down our mixing board, from the top to the bottom, and explaining all of the things.
What does each knob and button do? What do all those digital terms and presets mean? We will learn exactly this by exploring every aspect of a mixing console – that mysterious in-between place where your audio comes in to be manipulated and sound comes out however you’d like it to be for everyone to enjoy. Not only does it look super cool to understand all those knobs and buttons, it is super cool to be able to hear the adjustments you want to make and understand what needs to be done to make them.
